"I had not been to Kelly's in a long time, so I called at noon to verify the Wednesday prime rib special was still a thing, and to ask about the price which I could not find anywhere online. The lady who answered the phone and my questions was polite and cheerful and completely helpful. A friend and I stopped in at dinner time around 5pm and were glad that we did. Our server, Richard, seemed a little taken aback at my very specific questions and requests, but he was also prompt and helpful finding the answers for me. Basically I wanted to verify that rare prime rib was available and that the potatoes were freshly baked. With those positives established, we ordered and were pleased with the rare and very tender and juicy prime rib, generously sized. My baked potato was large and perfect, and the salad was generous and fresh enough. My friend had coleslaw and soup as his sides, and he said both of those were good. He ate it all up! I took half my meat and potato home for later. The place was not very busy, so everything happened in a reasonable time, and we were very pleased with the experience. Thanks Richard and all. I hope to visit again very soon based on today's great meal."
